Probably the best part of living in Ballwin is the excellent snow plowing service. You can literally see a line in the roads dividing Ballwin from Chesterfield and Ellisville. On the Ballwin side of the line the road is COMPLETELY cleared of snow and in many cases it's actually dry. On the foreign side of the line the road is slushy and icy. All streets in the city are plowed to the same standard. Side-streets are usually plowed several times before, during and after a snowstorm.
